1. About Madorah & These Terms

Welcome to Madorah a world where imagination grows alongside children. We are a handcrafted, hand-painted, made-to-order kidswear brand, and we're so glad you're here.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. "You" refers to the adult customer or parent/guardian placing the order.

2. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for adults (18 years and above). If you are a parent or guardian placing an order on behalf of your child, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and accept these terms on their behalf.

3. Products & Personalisation

All products on Madorah are:

  • Made-to-order: Each item is crafted after your order is placed.
  • Handcrafted and hand-painted: Minor variations in colour, texture, placement, and finish are inherent to the craft and are not defects.
  • Non-ethnic: Our designs are contemporary and playful — inspired by nature, adventure, and joy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that variations due to the handmade nature of our products are not grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

For personalised products, you are responsible for providing accurate information (name spelling, size, colour preference, etc.) at the time of order. Errors in personalisation details provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Madorah.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Payment is processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to their terms as well.
  • Madorah reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, confirmed orders will be charged at the price at purchase.
  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed, except in rare cases.
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately at madorah.contactus@gmail.com.
  • We may cancel orders due to availability or quality issues and will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. You must ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds are not provided once an order is confirmed, except where Madorah is at fault.
  • Damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or store credit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Madorah website including designs, graphics, text, logos, and images is owned by Madorah and protected by law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Product Images & Descriptions

We strive for accuracy, but colours may vary slightly due to screen differences. Minor variations are not defects.

10. Limitation of Liability

Madorah is not liable for indirect damages such as delivery delays, product misuse, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the order amount paid.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not engage in harmful or disruptive activities.

12. Third-Party Links

We may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
