Every piece at Madorah begins with a seed of an idea much like the fruit seeds we once planted in a sun-warmed field.

What you read here is our promise to you written with the same care, warmth, and honesty that goes into every stitch and every brushstroke.

Shipping Policy

1. About Our Made-to-Order Process

At Madorah, nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be picked. Every piece whether it's hand-painted, embroidered, or crafted with care is made especially for your child, from scratch, after you place your order.

This means your little one gets something truly unique. And in return, we ask for a little bit of patience while Lio, Kiki, and Tuki work their magic.

Processing & Crafting Time

We take 4–10 working days to prepare, craft, quality-check, and pack your order before it is handed over to our delivery partner.
Working days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Handpainting, personalisation, and detailed craftsmanship take time and we never rush what matters.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
In case of personalised or special requests, processing time may vary slightly. Our team will keep you informed.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery (Free)

Once your order is dispatched, it typically reaches you within 2–7 working days, depending on your location within India.
Metro cities and major towns: 2–4 working days
Smaller towns and semi-urban areas: 4–7 working days
Remote or difficult-to-access locations: May take longer. Our team will inform you in advance if delays are expected.

Express Delivery

Need it sooner? We understand sometimes a birthday sneaks up on you! We offer express delivery at an additional charge.

To arrange express delivery, please write to us at madorah.contactus@gmail.com before placing your order so we can confirm availability and the applicable charge.

Express delivery requests cannot be accommodated after an order has already been placed.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders, always.
Express Delivery: Additional charges apply.
Original shipping charges, if any are applicable in special cases, are non-refundable.

4. Payment & Order Confirmation

All orders on Madorah are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please keep this for your records you may need it for any future queries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey all the way to your doorstep.

If you do not receive tracking details within 10 working days of placing your order, please write to us at madorah.contactus@gmail.com.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Madorah ships within India only. We hope to explore international shipping in the future stay tuned!

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain situations are beyond our control such as extreme weather, courier disruptions, or local conditions. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Madorah will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
