When will I receive my order?

At Madorah, every outfit is made just for you after your order is placed. Each piece goes through hand-painting, embroidery, and careful finishing.

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 4 –10 working days. Once shipped, delivery time may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within a few days after dispatch.
What does “Made to Order” mean?

Your outfit is made only after you place the order, with time and care given to every detail. This way, what you receive is freshly made and truly special.
Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within a few hours of placing it. After that, we begin working on your piece, and since it’s being made just for you, cancellations are not possible.
How long will delivery take?

We take about 4–10 working days to prepare your order before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location, but it usually reaches you within a few days.
Do you offer express shipping?

If you need your order a little sooner, you can get in touch with us before placing it. We’ll always try our best to see if a quicker delivery can be arranged.
Do you accept returns?

Since every Madorah piece is made specially for you, we’re unable to accept returns. Each outfit is created just for your order, not kept ready beforehand.
Do you offer replacements?

Yes, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will definitely help you with a replacement. We want you to have a smooth and happy experience with us.
What do I need to request a replacement?

To process a replacement, we request a clear unboxing video showing the issue. This helps us understand what went wrong and assist you quickly.
Will my outfit look exactly like the pictures?

Since every piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in details. These small differences are a part of the process and make each outfit unique.
Are all products handmade?

Yes, each outfit includes hand-painted, embroidered, or handcrafted elements. Every piece is made with care, which is what gives it its special touch.
How do I choose the right size?
